Professor Hongen Liao is a Chair Professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a National Specially Appointed Expert, and recipient of national high-level talent program. His research specializes in precision medicine technologies, including intelligent medical devices, 3D medical imaging, and image-guided therapy systems. He has received over ten international awards, such as the IFMBE Young Investigators Award, the Japanese MEXT Young Scientist Award, and the Ericsson Young Scientist Award. In 2017, he was honored with the Huang Jiasi Biomedical Engineering Award, China's highest distinction in the field.

Assoc.Prof.Azhar Imran Mudassir,Beijing University of Technology,China

Dr. Azhar Imran is an Associate Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Beijing University of Technology (BJUT), China；Senior Member of IEEE. With over 13 years of academic experience, his research specializes in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Machine Learning.He has published more than 85 articles in high-impact journals and conferences. An active Senior Member of IEEE, he has delivered keynote speeches at prominent international conferences such as ICBDDM-24, ICCTEC, and CVIT-24, and serves on the editorial boards of several leading journals.His contributions have been recognized with awards including the BJUT Outstanding Researcher Award and an Embassy    Honored Award from the Pakistan Embassy in Beijing.

Assoc.Prof.Sui Xiaojie,Zhengzhou University,China

Dr. Xiaojie Sui is an Associate Professor at Zhengzhou University and a Henan Provincial High-Level Talent (Young Top-Notch). She is the principal investigator of several major research grants, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China Young Scientists Fund, the China Postdoctoral Innovative Talent Support Program, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation (General Funding), and a Henan Provincial Key R&D Project.She has authored over 10 papers as corresponding or first author in high-impact journals such as Engineering, Advanced Functional Materials, and Chemical Engineering Journal. Among these, two have been recognized as ESI Highly Cited Papers and one as an ESI Hot Paper. She also holds one authorized Chinese invention patent.
